• Design review: Third-party review and analysis of project’s technical documentation such as drawings, specifications, quality plans, health and safety plans, schedule and supply plans etc.
• Manufacturing supervision: Assessment of the vendor and suppliers, audit of manufacturer premises, verification of qualification, combination of resident inspections for critical components and spot inspections for other equipment, QA & QC servives, pre-shipment inspections and loading supervisions. Factory acceptance tests (FAT) and CE marking activities.
• Construction and commissioning supervision: Continuous, detailed control and analysis of the project’s construction progress, including permanent presence on site.
